The kids in the picture are playing in what seems like a deserted construction zone with the backdrop of city buildings. The children sit in the realm of the urban wasteland with contemporary architecture in the distance. A frame of the buildings is set up by the wooden fence, creating a division between the two worlds. The little girl at the top of the hill gestures from the run down foreground to the buildings behind her. In his photo, Berry separates the two worlds but sets up a fluid movement from one to the other.
